"Perfect location. Wonder staff. We received a free room upgrade to a balcony room. The views of the park and beach from it were amazing. Room was very clean and stocked with good coffee, robes, slippers, and L'Occitane products in the bathroom! Would absolutely stay again."

"communication is horrible. horrible hours at front desk and could not get a hold of them if i tried. no help with making stay enjoyable. would not stay here again. no AC, extremely loud and thin walls. not a lot of bedding available and no housekeeping or clean towels. really poor stay."
