「Fantastic hotel & lovely room, although it was quite small. It had everything I needed but I struggled to find anywhere, apart from the floor, to put my case. Very impressed with the drinks & snacks available in the foyer during the afternoon. Great to be able to have a cold drink or a coffee when I arrived back from my sightseeing!」

「This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.」

「I had an amazing stay at Palazzo Tucci. We were only in Lucca one night, and I was thrilled to be staying where we were staying! The property itself is unbelievable and the pictures don't do it justice! The room itself was clean, huge, and had a spacious bathroom. 「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. 「Check in is at a different building but there is no signage to explain. This hotel had no services like bar or restaurant, which required short walk to the other property. Shower was a handicapped shower with not glass protection in the shower so water was everywhere in the bathroom.」
