「Personnel 5 étoilés, topissime. Sympas, gentilles et serviables. En plein centre historique, avec place de parc payante, mais c'est normal vu l'emplacement à Lucca. On a tout fait à pied. Hotel propre, excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Un grand Merci au Mr de l'accueil qui nous a attendu un samedi soir, après l'heure du Check in prévu, avec le sourire en plus, et nous à encore accompagné pour parquer la voiture. Donc personel 5/5....

「We reserved a room that was on the second floor (in other words, the 3rd floor). We were hoping for a ground floor, but we were advised that was not available. However, we were moved to anothe location, with minimum stairs. We were very grateful!」

「Wonderful guest house. Word to the wise, not a quiet spot. It's right on a main path for foot and auto traffic with an Irish pub below. The noise did not bother us one bit. The hostess, Debra, was very sweet and helpful. Kitchen is stocked with sweets, coffee and tea. Wine available for purchase. We loved it.」

「Relais Puccini est situé à 15 min de la gare ferroviaire est à proximité de Porta Sant'Anna pour accéder dans la vieille ville. Lucia est disponible, à l'écoute et a le sens du partage. J'avais la chambre 1, au rez-de-chaussée au calme, très spacieuse et climatisée. 」

「The hotel was above expectations. Exceptional staff on Reception and in the Breakfast Room. The bedroom was superb with the en-suite having extra additions such as the make up mirror. The location is excellent as situated ten minutes from the railway station and five minutes to the walled city. Thank you for a great stay. 」

「La struttura è molto curata nei dettagli, la camera è fresca,arredata con gusto e molto pulita. Il bagno grande e la doccia taglia XL. A colazione le proposte prevedono sia dolce che salato, croissant e torte buonissime. Noi abbiamo soggiornato il primo weekend di luglio, e nonostante la temperatura esterna ostile, la camera era fresca. Molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e le mura, dove durante il Summer festival si svolgono i concerti, a piedi con una passeggiata di una decina di minuti.」
