We stayed one night for a football game and this hotel was near the stadium so the location was great. Location felt safe and property was clean. The bed was comfortable. Pictures need to be updated, our room was nicer than the pictures looked.

The price was good considering, they put us at the end of the hall across from the laundry room and the stairwell. Either staff or guests were in and out slamming the door all hours of the night. They should not book this room especially when you have a child. The bathroom needed a little TLC and the tub was a little dirty when I turned the water on. The room was also very hot even with the air set at 63 and it t had an odor but after a few the smell went away.

The room, except for the beds themselves, was very dirty. You can tell there is absolutely no effort to clean it up. They were doing renovations, but that had nothing to do with the cleanliness of the room. I can generally accept most conditions but the wash clothes were spotted and dirty. The towels were good. Not worth savings $40 over other places. You will do well to avoid this place.

Ok...after a while.

The heat in our room was not working. Outside temperature was 21. A second room proved to be still under renovation. The third room was acceptable. So in the end, it worked out.

Employees wore no masks during the height of COVID in Texas so far, however the room was very spacious with a sink and kitchenette. Give and take, as long as we were social distancing and wearing masks. Overall a good stay on our way back home.

I booked and paid for a king room. Upon arriving, told they were "out of king rooms but we will 'upgrade' you to a queen room"?? Same price of course for a smaller bed. First room I went to, the AC didn't work (West Texas middle of summer - at least 85°in the room). Second room, half the lights were out & again, broken AC. Third room, phone broken but AC worked, but it had been off so I was miserable for almost 2 hours while it cooled off. The desk clerk was polite about changing rooms but it was after hours so I had to keep hauling my luggage from the room back to the lobby & then to the next room. All rooms had that sour musty smell old hotels get. Would never stay here again.

Good value

I have to admit that this hotel looked a little sketchy from the outside with a broken sign and an old bar to the front. But once we made it inside it was very nice. The room was spacious and it was very quiet at night. The bar is no longer in use. Easy access on and off the interstate.

I can say the room was clean, but the condition of the property could use a lot of work. it is obvious that the hotel predominantly caters to long term stays. There was a clean mini kitchen in my room. There were loose and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The 2" gap between the door and floor allowed every noise to come in. This room had previously been smoked in, so had that musty smoke smell lingering.
