「Beware - this hotel is not a good option when arriving late. There is no 24 hour reception and there are no staff around into the evening. Our flight was delayed and we needed to contact Expedia support to arrange for help. (Though I must say the Expedia support staff were excellent)... If they don't want to man a reception, perhaps they could look at self check-in options moving forward. The property were also not good at responding to messages through the Expedia app. We requested a twin...

「Clean modern and well maintained. Be aware that there is someone at the desk only when a visitor is expected. Also, there are many stairs to climb to reach the lobby and more to reach the rooms. Good air conditioning.」
