「After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for...

「We absolutely loved our stay. Ivana our host was great fab communication in advance. Gave us guidance on which taxi company or Uber to use from airport too which made it so easy. The accommodation was lovely and clean and quiet. Just on the edge of town which was just what we wanted really easy to get to beach and town. Loved our stay.」

「It's a really nice hotel with big room, big balcony, and great sea view suited for staying there few days for vacation. The service is really good, and the price of the breakfast is reasonable. It's better to go by car because it's a little far away from Zadar down down and old town, and the transportation is taxi only. However, if you are used to take taxi, the hotel also help call the reliable taxi for you. We would've stayed for more days if we had enough time.」
