"Safe was exceptionally kind and responsive. There was a small issue with the room which the team addressed immediately - even though everyone was very busy - the hotel was sold out that night. The brunch at the on-site restaurant was phenomenal. A great stay. Will be back."

"The room was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilet had an issue in my bathroom and I called the front desk, they sent someone down within 5 minutes. Oh this was on Easter.. I would stay there again."

"Definitely one of the worst experiences with a hotel I’ve ever had outside of the amenities like the hairdryer, the beds and having an WaWa across the street, Everything else was subpar. Some staff members were rude and some just weren’t professionals. I had two hotel rooms. One of them had bugs and flies in it dead and alive, and the others air conditioner was not working properly. Thankfully, they did switch rooms for me, but just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. They promote a heated pool and it’s not heated and doesn’t look very clean. Not a great experience. Definitely never staying here again."
