"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pałac Polanka! It was a very peaceful and enjoyable time."

"We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge. "Good place to stay for the price and location "

"The room was clean but could use some updates."

"It was a mixed bag as far as the stay. The upside; location was convenient, the view was great, and the service ( Ola ) was above average and very much appreciated as she did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Great breakfast included. The downside; I would say that the bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom could certainly use a makeover. "

"great location.....spa was great"

"It’s 30 minutes from the train station be warned but it’s like staying in a cozy getaway away from the business. "

"Nice cozy hotel that is not a huge impersonable 'chain' hotel. It was a great having a restaurant associated/attached to the hotel. The food was good and the chocolates made at the hotel in various flavors are delicious."

"Good price and comfortable big room"
