「Great location for Northern Presidential mountains」

「Clean and neat room, reasonable. Old motel and shows signs of being dated. I actually like that about this place. Not a boring sterile modern room. However, very clean and well taken care of. 」

The room was clean and spacious, amenities adequate although the microwave was broken (it would shut down on its own after 20-30 seconds, barely usable) Much nicer rooms than the Rodeway Inn part of the hotel that’s not much cheaper. Continental breakfast basic but fine. I appreciate the 24h desk as I sometimes arrive in the pretty late evening when I drive to the Whites and I’ve been bitten before by hotels don’t do check in past 6 or 8 pm. 「This place looks like your typical New England roadside motel, and I’ve stayed in a lot of those, but the Gorham Motor Inn still surprised me: Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room. Everything you need for a weekend in the mountains. Would definitely stay here again」
