"De check-in verliep vlot, maar daarna begonnen de problemen. De airco werkte totaal niet en het was 32°C in de kamer. Zelfs na tussenkomst van een technieker was het niet opgelost. Na veel heen en weer kregen we uiteindelijk een andere kamer. Eerst werden we zelfs naar een kamer gestuurd die al bezet ..."
