Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. Parabéns à Dona da Granja por ter uma equipa que demonstra um atendimento excepcional, sempre com um sorriso e muita cordialidade....

「Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit. Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra. 」
