「We had a great stay at Dar Magic Fes ✨ A beautiful new place that has only been open for a few months, everything feels fresh and well cared for. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious, and the location is perfect for exploring the Medina of Fes — everything is close and easy to reach. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice?
