The staff was amazing! This was the best Extended Stay by far that I have ever stayed in. I would stay again.

No hairdryer in bathroom, no towel racks, no luggage rack, dirty stained carpet, some hairs in tub, refrigerator, and furniture drawers, very very low water pressure and barely any water flow from shower head (unable to wash hair).

Was not happy with the water pressure in the shower; made it impossible to fully rinse off soap and the floor of the bathtub was super slippery. Also the towels provided left white lint all over me and in my hair. Ended up drying off with paper towels. But the bed was comfy and didn’t see any bugs so at least there’s that.

This property is filthy , there is no breakfast. I decline to go to another room because my room was filthy and the front desk lady refused to check me out even though I gave her the keys to the room and left the property. So she kept my reservation open to charge me for a day I wasn’t in attendance for. Refusing to give Expedia the waiver code but my bank handle it. DONT STAY HERE

Stayed for two days. The room was never cleaned.
Appliance were quite old. The carpet in the room looked like had not been cleaned in a while.
The staff however was very friendly and helpful

The hall by the elevator was covered in something so sticky your shoe got pulled off and the elevator was filthy.

I booked @ this motel because it was pet friendly. Booking thru expedia did not have an area about pets. So after booking & getting to motel they tell me they have my room but they did not have anymore pet rooms available.
