Not the best

There were some renovations being done to outside of building which would have been nice to know prior to arrival. There was also an outlet in the room that didn't work. The pool was small but clean. The room was clean but not very well lit. Wi-fi wasn't very strong in the room either.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet. The lobby was updated and very nice as was the carpet in the hallway, but the room really needed some work. The carpet was threadbare in places, the furniture was older and showed wear, and the mattress was a bit lumpy.

We came back to our room one night and neither of our keys worked. We went to the front desk and were immediately asked if we had a pet in the room. I told them no and had to explain the hair in the floor was from my husband's cancer. It was very humiliating, also that was the first day they had vacuumed the floor during our 4 day stay.

We were bumped to a smoking room because they had a wedding party come and the bathroom was dirty, the room smelled, and then bed was as hard as a rock.

Great staff!

We were greeted by a nice woman who was very easy and fun to work with. She had a great attitude and made us feel very welcome. The only down fall for this stay was the fact that only 2 towels were prepared for a room reserved for 4, but there was no issue receiving extra towels. Room was a good size and beds were comfy! Breakfast was not the best, but convenient.

Out of the busy Louisville area. 14 miles from Fort Knox! A quiet place with a small indoor pool that my grandson loved!

Not many choices in this area for lodging, but thankfully this is a great one! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean breakfast area and e-z, friendly check in/out. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, gravy, cereal, pastries, juice, coffee and more. Shower was hot, water pressure ok. Mini-fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, nice sized tv, all in working order. Beds comfy with plenty of pillows. Will definitely stay again when coming back to my hometown!

An affordable option with friendly staff. Definitely NO FRILLS. But it was fine. The pool is a large tub...that was a disappointment.

Staff was great. For a non smoking hotel the 2nd floor smelled like smoke. I am a non smoker. My bed was 6 inches shorter than my sons who stayed on the first floor
