「Hotel was good. Location was not. Not the Hotels fault. When booking online in the Hotels app, I put in Pikesville KY and searched. Second choice was this hotel. But it was in Paintsville KY 40 miles away in the wrong direction. I rechecked the app and it did this consistently offering hotels that were many miles away from where I entered. I understand in a small town area like this there may be few choices, but it should tell you that these choices were not in the city you choose. 」

「This was mine and my friends 2nd at Americas Best! We are very happy with this hotel. It is convenient to the fair grounds in Ashland where we go to Rock the Country. Every was very clean, parking was easy and front desk is very friendly! This is not no 5 star hotel but it is very nice and they always let us check in early (for a fee) and air conditioner works great, beds are very comfy and there is a nice shower with plenty of hot water. 「Room was really great. One complaint the breakfast was supposed to end at 930 and i wanted to grab some stuff on my way out so i arrived before 93 p by a few minutes but she had closed eatly. I get she wants to leave but thats not my ossuecc」
