"The Hyatt House Richmond/Short Pump Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel because the staff was pleasant, the rooms were very clean, if we needed anything they would supply us with it and the hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. "

"What I didn’t like was the bathroom tubs everything else was great"

"I love this brand of hotels; my only negative comment was when I swiped my key to go to my room there was a man standing in the room; my key opened his door; my name is Cori and that man’s name was Corey. He checked in a day early and the front desk only asked his first name and did not ask for ID and they gave my room to him. When I arrived the front desk told me I was already checked in - I did not check in online so I was confused. I went to the front desk and they apologized and gave me another room. Very creepy. "

"The property just opened in May 2025 so it still looks brand new. Room was very clean, mattress was terrific, and the pillows were fluffy and firm (I HATE flattened pillows at hotels)."
