"Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team.""

"Room was ckean, staff was very nice. Unfortunately the TV remote didn't work. No one showed me to my room or explain ne how the free stabding long air fan works or how to operate the TV or made sure it works."
