"The bed and bedding. The bed didn't have any dips from other people sleeping on it, so it had nice back & hip support structure. I had no back pain. The sheets were soft and cozy as well. The staff was kind when we checked in."

Haven't had any problems before with cleanliness.This time , one of the beds for sure has not been changed, the hallway down in front of our door hasn't been vacuumed for I don't know how long. Everything else was excellent.The gentleman at the front desk absolutely outstanding , very polite."
