"Room smelled musty and moldy. Had to instantly turn fan on high. If you turned it off it would stink again. Broken Hot Tub (no notice even when booking day prior) had no water in it and was roped off with caution tape. Went for the breakfast at 9am that was supposed to be done at 10am. Pancake mix was out, one egg left, two patties of sausage, yogurt was gone, we were able to get juice and packaged frosted mini wheats cereal. Workers standing around front desk while everyone walk around curious as to what they could eat. Would never have booked nor would I ever again knowing what I know now!"

"Only thing i missed was the hot tub was not working wanted to sit in some hot bubbles. There was just a shower in room was very clean. Love the up grades in the Hotel and the free breakfast came in handy, I was rushing out to go to work. love the stay will be back one day keep up the good work staff. "

"The room was decently clean could have been better but for the price no surprise it wasn’t. The hot water in the shower had no temperature control it was either burn your skin hot or freezing cold. Plus there were tiny ants in the room not a lot but I killed a few. The beds need replacing not comfortable at all. "

"The front desk woman, Silk, gave us awesome food recommendations and helped us book a suite perfect for our family of 5. Great room, close to tons of great restaurants. The expedia listing stated there was a arcade/game room which actually just means the basketball court fyi"

"I would have given the property a 5 star. But they had some type of convention error with a whole lot of kids running through the hall up-and-down the fire stairway, making noise up until 11 PM at night, terrible."

"This was one of the best places we have stayed, especially evident as we’ve been traveling recently and stayed at half a dozen hotels. The rooms were so spacious and well laid out. Both the rooms and the lobby were well lit and updated. Adding in a great location with easy access to restaurants, we would definitely recommend this hotel. "
