「Melanie at the front desk was awesome! Quick check in… had a great clean room! I’ve stayed here many times. Never a complaint!」

「Fridge in room had previous guest's forgotten crab in the fridge. The room stunk until I got it out. Holes in the walls, noisy neighbors talking loud until 2 am. There is a train track right beside the hotel and you WILL hear it whistle multiple times during the night. Will not stay there again.」

「Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

「I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.」
