"The hotel in Casino were amazing. However, I had my hair done on Saturday for a wedding, which I pre-booked with the spa. The girl that did my hair was absolutely amazing. I had also booked a massage for Sunday morning Sunday morning at 8:15 before they open they called me to tell me they had to cancel it because their provider was not showing up. I understand things happen, it was just a little disappointing. I am from Arizona and they offered me a 20% discount on my next service. To be honest, I don’t know when I’ll be back because I was traveling. I asked them if I could give it to a family member that lives there and they said no. I didn’t feel they were very accommodating. I asked if I could use my $25 gift card from the hotel on a purchase in their little shop and they said no. Since they canceled my appointment on short notice, I think they would have offered the 20% discount or something for a purchase in their store. Not very accommodating."

"The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic. The only downside was that the pool was out of service, which was disappointing since I had great-grandchildren who were looking forward to using it. I wish I had been advised of that prior to booking."

"I loved the look of the property and decor. Pool was great. Staff was great. Restaurant food was good but restaurant wait staff was excellent. Street side rooms could hear highway traffic so next time I would ask for higher floor on the back side of the property . Would start there again. My granddaughter loved it!"

"Hotel and staff were wonderful. The first person i met was the valet (I wish I could remember his name. He is extra excellent) he gave me straight forward directions to self park and to bring my ticket to check in. Really a huge help from a long day. If I had it to do again I would have gone to dinner before I parked my car as the “Prime Rin French dip was just sorta ok. The gentleman that waited on me was great and my tip reflected his service rather than the quality of the food in the bar."
