Had to wait a long time for the shower water to get hot, but it did get there. Service people were helpful, efficient and friendly. Will do anything to make your stay remarkable.」

The rooms are large, the common spaces are spotless, and having a shared fridge and coffee area was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. 「The room was great. Clean, modern with good maintenance. WiFi was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Only downside was you’re on a busy street so the traffic noise is unavoidable. 」

As of October 2025 all maps including Google, Waze and Apple maps all have the wrong and remote location. The correct location is Lucero. We had a beautiful experience! 「Staff is very friendly but hotel is old, stained ceiling tiles, stained wall art. Needed a place to stay so we were a bit desperate. Bathroom was adequate and water pressure was good. Nothing fancy about the place and the price reflected that. 」
