El hotel está bien para quedarse una noche, pero definitivo no para hospedarte en tus vacaciones. El chico de recepción bastante despistado, solo nos dio la llave de la habitación y ni siquiera nos dijo el número, tuvimos que probar en varias puertas para encontrar la nuestra. El servicio de la habitación estaba hecho sin ningún cuidado y todo el mobiliario así cómo blancos bastante viejos.

Intentaron extorcionarnos dentro del hotel, no había wifi, una persona empleado de ahí entro a nuestro cuarto, la puerta del baño no cerraba...

No tenían nuestra reserva en cuenta...

tuvimos que solicitar el espacio de estacionamiento cerrado que anunciaban, y eso si lo resolvieron. No tenían la reserva contemplada, y el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado de 2 camas por 480 no estaba disponible. Por lo qué la solución que nos dieron fue pagar dos sencillas así que fue casi el doble de la tarifa que teníamos contemplado, además que nos hicieron un cargo adicional por pago con tarjeta. Tuvieron que cambiarnos de ambas habitaciones, por que no estaba lista una, la otra tenía una gotera en A/C. La persona que nos atendió con muy buena disposición, pero sin la posibilidad de resolver situaciones eficientemente. Sin embargo las instalaciones están bastante bien por el precio. Lastima del servicio.
