This stay at Grand Laguna was everything I imagined. Everything I pictured I would do while looking at the pictures, I was able to do. Excellent space, excellent amenities, excellent staff. I am looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommended.

This property is a very old building and has been poorly maintained throughout the 15 years. The only plus is that you can take a bus for 8 minutes to a partner hotel "tropical". The mini bar was never replenished during our stay. I would not go back to this hotel.

I will never attend to this place again really bad experience a lot of things were broken down to the toilets air conditioners and some of the chairs the customer service was terrible no help with anything and I had to pay additional money after I booked and paid for the rooms I felt I was ...
