"This property is immaculate and provides all the needed amenities. The fact that it's within walking distance from the LAX airport makes it a perfect location if you are traveling. I stayed one night after an all day long flight. I was absolutely relieved to find that the properties sleeping accommodations were above the rest. I managed to sleep and recuperate for the remainder of my travel. I was surprised that the location was very quiet considering the amount of traffic with travelers arriving, departing and vicinity of the airport. I had a negative encounter with housekeeping. I left some of my souvenirs in the mini fridge. As soon as I realized that I left them, I called the housekeeping management but was told that nothing was found or turned in. I requested that management inquire with housekeeping and verify if the items were discarded as trash. The items were clearly not trash as they were all sealed and inside a personal insulated bag. I was told that the housekeeper was gone for the day and they would inquire the following day. Hotel management called me back and confirmed that housekeeping found my souvenirs but forgot to turn them in. Management verified the content of my items but unfortunately 3 of the items were missing and supposedly discarded as trash. They offered to ship the remaining items for free which didn't make up for the missing items but I was responsible for leaving them behind."

"Great location. We could walk to City Walk or take the free shuttle if we were tired or lazy. It's also easy to get to the Metro down the hill and take the free shuttle up the steep hill to City Walk. Also only a few minutes by Uber to Warner Bros studio. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good enough for me (pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, charcuterie). I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
