its not up to standard of Marriott. it was a very depressing hotel. usually Marriott is better than that I would never stay there again

Very convenient location and the staff were very helpful and responsive to our requests. Rooms and hallways are showing their age and high usage. I am a loyal Marriott customer so I hope some reno is not too far off.

There were small areas of the property that needed better maintenance or cleaning (look at the side of the fridge next to the sink-ew), but the staff were always pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here one night in August, 2023 for a wedding. There were two couples and one singleton, so we rented a suite. I mentioned that my tall son would be on the pull out bed, and to be sure it was ready for him. Sleeping on a couch would not work. When we arrived, there were two young adults working at the desk. They were chatting with each other. They were not UNfriendly, but I would not say they were welcoming, either. Perhaps anxious to get back to their conversation? When we got ALL the way up to our room with all our luggage, we looked high and low for the bedding for the pull out, and it was no where to be found. My son had to walk some distance all the way back to the office to get a bag full of bedding. No apology was made. My sister's daughter slept on the pullout in their room (same hotel, same night) and she was given a bag of bedding upon checking in. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms dripped water on the carpet, so it was soaking wet on one side of the bed. For five people in a suite, there were THREE bath towels, TWO hand towels, and NO wash cloths. We made due because it was such a long walk back to the office. Would not stay here again. Stayed at a TownePlace in Manhattan Beach a few days later and it was literally one of the top most comfortable, most lovely, most comfortable mid-priced hotels we've stayed in! I recommend THAT TownePlace facility!! Check it out, but skip the one in Thousand Oaks.

Booked this last minute fur my family of six. Two rooms with a pullout couch. Full kitchen including a small oven. Very clean. Great for price.

The hot tub was HOT which I liked, too hot for my husband. The property could use some updating, many things were the same as when we were there 9 years ago. The employees were friendly.

Shower was warm, bed was okay, but for a king-size "suite" my husband and I had to turn sideways to pass each other and we are not large people. We had to move rooms twice. The room we originally checked into did not have a key that worked. Maintenance never fixed it, or was unable to fix it the next day. Front desk was very accommodating about the need to change rooms. 3/4 of the way through our stay the hallway wreaked of pot. The room was very old - carpet had "bubbles in it" and when the air was on - even at 70 it was freezing, but when the air was off it was hot. Great walking distance to Chili's and Cronies. Starbucks is just over the freeway. Hot tub was nice. Overall just ok. However, I won't be returning, and I travel to this area every 3-6 months. Parking is also $10/night.
