Property was clean, updated beautiful room with parking. The area feels unsafe but I took public transportation to the LA memorial coliseum both ways and was fine. Metro bus 45 on Broadway $1.75 each way. Also be ready to give a cash deposit of $50. I will be back if I have another event to attend.

My only issue is the surrounding area. I got the room for a concert at BMO Stadium and in the description it states the venue is a 20 walk. It’s actually double that, though very treacherous streets! Tent encampments and sketchy individuals almost the entire way. The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and other employees I met were friendly. The room was nice with excellent air conditioning on a hot LA day! The parking was very safe with easy access to the rooms.

This was our second time staying here. Although not in the best location, we felt safe. Security is taken serious. And they have very specific property guidelines/rules that they do enforce. Although no serious cons for us, I would love if there was more/better lighting in the room or maybe tint the windows so we can open the curtain during the day as well as clean floors. We learned from our last stay so we brought travel slippers this time. You can’t be the price when flying in for concerts or other events.

Disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE WERE AT LEAST 4 cockroaches that I had to terminate. I even showed the owner she just picked it up and threw it away. I squished another bug as well. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place is NOT worth the price and it was still pricey for ONE NIGHT!! $160

The hotel was nice and clean. The area around was a little sketchy at night, but fine during the daytime. The staff was a bit hard to communicate with but not rude.

I'd gladly stay again!

Extremely clean and well-renovated, the desk staff were polite and to-the-point. It is a delightful place to stay, at an extremely reasonable rate.

This is a run down, fleabag, flop house. It's dirty. The towels are old and very thin. The photographs they use on Expedia are from a different motel. The terms and conditions are different online them when you arrive. The neighborhood is very dangerous. The motel clerk is behind bullet proof glass and you have to do business from the outside through a sliding metal drawer. There is no ice machines but if you want a prostitute there's one on site for your pleasure.
