Would pass over

The room was shabby, broken furniture, rickety tiles, choppy internet, grouchy workers. With that, the room seemed clean, the bedding was clean and so were the towels. Everything else was really banged up. The pool was not useable, dirty and really, really small.

The price was included breakfast but there was no breakfast. The A/C in room was very loud.

Location wise is was great because we were walking distance from the boulevard and 20mins away from Venice. The app should it offers breakfast but it don’t. The beds were hard and the towels were thin. We waited til last minute to book a room this place was our best option cost wise. The window was next to a tree and wouldn’t lock and had barricades on it.

The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to let us check in. When entering we noticed a lot of flaws in the room. When telling the gentleman about these damages he was like “oh im sorry, i tried to give you the best room.” If thats the best room i wonder what the other rooms looked like.

Everyone was very helpful and nice, I was treated very good, I used this hotel last year also and I will continue to use it when I make my trips to Los Angeles. I feel safe here and even though I don’t use there parking lot there are cameras there. This is a very safe and reliable hotel.

When I booked the room I called to make sure my kids and I could check in at midnight. When we arrived they claimed to not have my reservation on file and my kids and I slept outside. I have 9, 11, and 12 yr old daughters that slept outside last night cause the roadway inn did not honor your reservation. Thanks a lot. I worked all day just to sleep outside last night.

Decent place with great location

Had a great time at this Hotel/Motel. It's a decent place but the location makes up for any negatives. Would recommend this location if you are looking for a place in Hollywood/LA on a budget.

when i checked in the person at the desk was not very friendly. The parking lot was tiny and had to park at the next motel. there were renovations going on and it was noisy very early. The breakfast was a stale croissants and a box of cereal. the room itself was clean. the beds were hard as a rock.

Not worth it!

Zero customer service. Outlets do not work. Horrible breakfast items. This is a rundown hotel with terrible staff. Beware of the $10 parking they asked in addition to what you’ve already so called paid fully for via Hotels.com. We will definitely not come back even if the location is close to Hollywood.The water also was not functioning properly.
