The check in staff were just awful. The halls and elevators were stright out of the video game "Silent Hill", which to say was dirty, decrepit, and felt unsafe. The garage looked like it was made for just compacted cars. Lucky, we were only there to sleep, so the bed were the main thing that was important. The beds were clean, but reading some other reviews, we lucked out with that too.

Disappointing Experience – Does Not Deliver What It Promises I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with my daughter (July 9th to July 14th 2025), and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The hotel did not deliver on any of the amenities it advertised. The facilities are run-down, the rooms have a bad smell, and although breakfast is listed as included, they don’t even have a restaurant. On the second night, there was a water leak in the bathroom that flooded the floor. At 4:00 a.m., I was told to move to another room without any assistance to carry our luggage. Throughout the entire stay, the room was never cleaned, towels were never changed, and they didn’t provide water or coffee as promised. I was even asked to take the bathroom trash out to the hallway, which was very unpleasant. I had to buy my own hygiene products and basic supplies. This hotel is not only misleading but shows a complete lack of respect for its guests. I absolutely do not recommend it.

It is nothing like advertised. I could have overlooked the poorly lit bathroom and broken down feel of the place, but when the cockroach crawled across the bed and we saw the moldy shower curtain, it pushed it over the edge. The front desk gal was kind and it is obviously not her doing, but spend the money and go elsewhere. I've stayed at motels nicer than this. Currently waiting for a refund for this awful experience.

Good: Area and price are fine. Staff service is ok. The pool and fountain were very nice. Gated parking structure (though very crammed). BAD: Building maintenence is rather lacking. The check-in was quick and easy, friendly staff. The AC didn’t work, the wifi doesn’t work on the 4th floor. The dead bolt on the door didn’t work. Its alright but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Only one elevator the room didn’t have tv and needs to be reconditioned. Small tv and it didn’t even work properly. Screen was freezing and same with audio. AC did not work, the thermostat and knobs just spin and the room was hot and humid. I asked to be moved and they just said they’ll send a maintenance person, but waited and no one came. Worse experience will not recommend this hotel stay away!!!

Absolutely Horrible! The website clearly reads, and shows pictures that this hotel has a gym, continental free breakfast, jacuzzi, and NO refrigerator. This is misleading and false advertisement! I will get to the bottom of this when I get back from my vacation! Trust and believe that! This is the only reason I stayed here, for all those amenities that they said they offer. Not cool! Also the website shows a picture of a restaurant. Of cousin misleading approach to get people to book a room. They don’t offer a restaurant. I will let all my friends and family, social media know about there lies, and deceit! Thank you 🙏
