Staff was great. Room was not clean. Changes the bedding because there were long black hairs all over the sheets and mattress cover only to find the room had bedbugs. We didn’t stay the second big by and didn’t sleep the first night . Would love to find a refund at least for the second night.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I paid $200 for the room, and unfortunately the experience did not match the price at all. The room was extremely small, far below what would be considered acceptable for this rate. Additionally, the bed sheet was very thin and in poor condition. It even had visible cigarette burn holes, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. This gave a very bad impression and made my stay uncomfortable. For the amount charged, I expected much better standards in terms of room size, cleanliness, and overall quality. I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution for this issue, such as a partial refund or compensation.

Hotel had cockroaches all over, even in the beds. Room next door played loud music until about 1AM, no phone in the room to call the front desk either. Open holes in the walls, smoke detector torn out, old food in the fridge and microwave. We spent about 2 minutes inside before we left and went somewhere else.
