The ADA shower needed more of an angle to the drain so the water would up on more of the bathroom floor. Not really safe if you are using the hair dryer. Also the shower handle leaked a lot. Also, the neighborhood was questionable as well. Lots of tagged buildings and one was burned out.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations, so parking was a bit tight.

They have done a lot of exterior work, but it seems to be poor quality, i saw some of it already failing. Also, there is not much parking and they have a storage container sitting there taking up about 5 or 6 spots. And it looks like they store an old car there too, thats close to half the spaces lost

We read the reviews after it was too late to cancel and there were really bad bed bugs and the night check in was terrible also it says free parking unless the spots are full then you park on the street

The property is decades dated and falsely portrayed as updated when in fact it's outdated. The location is immediately off of a main street. Staff isn't visible, and rooms are accessed directly from the street and parking lot.

Overpriced, loud, unsafe
1- photos are decieving. Its not a single hotel, but a rundown budget motel with half of it remodelled somewhat with lots of lights on one side, and the othwr side is the transient hole it once.was. 2- Arrived at 1230am. By 2 am, I had the pleasure of watching 2 separate fights on the sidewalks in front and also one in the parking lot. 3- Loud sirens. Loud traffic. 4- If you book this, make sure you get an option to check out early. Pay the insurance. Youll need it to not have to pay the full stay if you planned.on multiple days. 5- The attendant was decent though and refunded the remainder of my trip back after 1 night.

The small room was clean with fairly recent rennovations. Quick and easy checkin with free parking. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit grimey, but nothing too bad. Working fridge and microwave in the room.

Convenient location. Parking on site. Close to all in Hollywood. Fast wifi. Small pool, but nice. Room very outdated, carpet with holes. Bathroom with cracks in floor and overall very dirty. All powerplugs in room very unsafe. Beds with no springs anymore. Door did not close properly and you can see through. Receptio operating hours limited. Ground floor windows do not offer daylight view.

Do not stay here.
We came up for my daughter’s birthday me my two daughters and my grandson when we got into the room, the carpet was damp the whole room smelled like mildew. The floor was creaky. The sheets had stuff on them. It was just nasty homeless people were in the parking lot arguing all night long. I got up several times to make sure my car was OK. The location is in a good spot if you’re going to the museums and stuff. That’s it. The pool was gross. It was just all bad.

This hotel is in an awful area it may be close to walk of fame but dangerous to walk to there and their were shady characters staying at hotel loud noises thankful we didn’t have children on this trip. The staff was amazing but just a bad unsafe area.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The outside has been repainted to say it’s a “remodel” but the carpets are stained to the point I wouldn’t take my shoes off. The bathroom sink was broken and glued back together. The room smelt as someone chain smoked in the room for 6 months and then died. I would never recommend someone staying here. The guy working at the counter was very nice at least.

It was fine, but certainly run down with lots of “work” going on. It was very convenient to the Hollywood area and we could walk to and from the Hollywood Bowl. The mattress was TERRIBLE. That’s like the most important thing.

The size of the room was good. However, the parking was terrible. When we checked in, the hotel attendant told us that parking was guaranteed for us at whatever time we returned. When we did return from the Hollywood strip, there was no parking available for us. The remodeling looked dirty and messy creating an uncomfortable stay. When we went to the office 3 times to ask about the parking, there was a sign saying, "Will be back in 15 minutes." Also on our way to the hotel, we called several times and there was no answer.

The hotel was being renovated and there were people painting and working on it the whole time we were there. It was messy looking, the walkways were crowded with equipment, and none of this was communicated ahead of time. I tried multiple times to find someone to complain about this to and ask for a reduced price, but there was literally no one in the office. Ever. Would definitely not stay here again.

The hotel is currently under construction, it is very messy. The rooms are messy because of the outside mess, there’s scaffolding on half of the building; it was raining and the concrete/spray paint mess was caused inside on their shoes by personnel. Some of the rooms had cracked tile and rotten plywood under the carpet. Also, on one t of the rooms the toilet was leaking. Very disappointed by misrepresentation on Expedia website vs. reality.

The entire property is under construction. I have to duck under boards to get up the stairs, there were live wires hanging from the ceiling to the walkways, there were nails and screws all over the ground, pool was closed with trash all in it. There wasn’t any hot water. None of this was mentioned when booking.l was just surprised with it when I got there. I have several picture ms on how DANGEROUS this place is.

They were doing remodeling so there was a mess everywhere, pool was blocked off, room smelled like smoke/weed. This room was more of a motel, not a hotel. Only upside is there’s a Chick-fil-A access the street.

A great stay with the right accommodations
It was all around great, there was construction going on but there was still plenty of parking, especially liked how there was a microwave and a mini fridge not a lot of even 5 star hotels have those features anymore. Affordable as well and the staff was friendly
