I had a really nice stay at Hollywood VIP Hotel. The room and the whole place were super clean, which I always appreciate. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, everyone I interacted with was helpful and made things easy. It was also really peaceful, so I could actually relax after a long day. The location is great too, close to everything but still quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.

Parking is an additional $30 per night, i’d suggest the parking a lot where the mall is, our water pressure was non existent for me at least, the place has a cute vibe but weird smell at the entrance! overall it was still a good price for how convenient it is around everything, YOU cannot park infront of building

Location and rate were both very good. Condition of the room and facility are what you could expect for a bargain price. You get what you pay for. My advice would be to spend a bit more. Photo is the free breakfast. What you see is what you get!

The hotel was very nice for the close location to Hollywood Blvd. The room was clean and stylish. The only complaint I have would be about the bed mattress.They are very uncomfortable and old feeling. BUT that won’t stop us for not staying again. We will be back for more stays.

It’s an older building but updated and clean. The man working the front desk was doing “everything” when we arrived (check ins, laundry, assisting with showing rooms, etc) and he was friendly and efficient. The parking lot is an open lot and a bit cramped but it’s Hollywood.

No hot water at 6PM to take a shower, main light in bedroom did not work, TV screen was defective, everything in the room look very old. The items for the breakfast buffet for the whole hotel was a box a cereals, 2 donuts (yes 1+1), instant powder coffee, not gated parking lot in an alley at the back of the hotel feels very unsafe because the presence of homeless people living in front of the lot. Positive note: the staff was very polite and friendly

The service was wonderful! The hotel needs some love. It is very run down, AC was smoking, quite noisy, doors don't have dead bolts, no screens on windows that open completely. Super great location and again, kind staff, just a really old hotel and not cozy

Parking is pretty decent for Los Angeles. The rooms are dated but clean. It’s an older building and you can hear a lot through the walls and door but luckily everyone was quiet and respectful. The location is excellent if touring Hollywood is your goal. Towels are pretty cheap but clean. Ask in all I would recommend this hotel for short stays when you won’t spend a lot of time in the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Javier. It’s a cute building with character with fun Hollywood glitz and glam decor. The rooms were spacious and I loved the amount of counter and desk space. I read a review from about a month ago that the AC was broken but it was working great. Easy walking distance (like 2 minutes) to great shopping and the Hollywood boulevard. Cons: the front lobby furniture was well worn. Our toilet seat was cracked all the way through. We got two cheap, thin towels. The continental breakfast was supposed to be just cereal but they didn’t have any milk, and all they had was instant coffee.

We tolerated our stay here. Not sure if we would stay here again. Probably not. The AC was broken in our first room, bed flimsy, toilet leaking on the ground, lighting bad. We slept there one night only bc we were so tired. Asked Daniel to see if he could fix our room or give us a new one. He was able to give us a new room. Everything in the new room was good except the shower and toilet were clogging, toilet seat broken. We had a good time but did not spend much of it in the room. Walking distance to all the fun Hollywood shopping and dining.
