Comfortable clean room with easy check-in! We overall felt very safe. It’s a short to the Palladium, plus Roscoe’s is right between the two spots! I would definitely stay here again when planning to attend a show at the Hollywood Palladium.

Nice hotel! Close to mostly everything and a short drive to downtown. Only thing I can say is that the construction across the street was a bit noisy and they start early in the morning, wish they could advise guests either on their website or somewhere that there is construction right across which is pretty close to the rooms. Other than that great staff, quick and easy check in!

The check-in and check-out process felt a bit impersonal since there’s no lobby and you’re assisted through a window on the street. However, the room was clean and in good condition, so overall the stay was acceptable.

Great location

Easy parking, great location, clean rooms. Only issue I had was a 200 dollar cash only deposit so I had to use the on site atm with a 4 dollar fee, not a big deal but the listing showed credit only deposit so it was unexpected. Overall a great hotel and modern rooms. Would recommend staying here.

Went to shows at the Hollywood Palladium and this hotel was super convenient and walkable to the venue. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. Property manager was kind and friendly. Easy parking. I felt safe as a female solo traveler. There’s also lots of food options around the area and a liquor store around the corner. I will definitely stay here again for future shows at the Palladium!

A Great Home Base while in the City

All of the Staff are friendly like Family! After 1 stay they remember me and are so kind, as I have gone back 2 more times with another trip planned for next weekend. So convenient to EVERYTHING! Simple in a complex city!!

Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. There was free parking and we were a 20 minute walk from Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. It’s near a busy street but you’re LA. Overall a good inexpensive option.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to sleep in LA it works. No frills, bed was creaky, a little run down overall. Also require a $200 deposit in cash for incidentals. The staff was nice.

Clean and comfy

It seems like they just remodeled the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. Parking wasn’t an issue for us, but we did get back to our room late at night. My only issue was that I called to let them know I was going to be a late check in and they said they couldn’t hold the room because hotels.com does not pay them upfront. Luckily my sister lives in the area and was able to go and check in for us. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Yikes! Watch out! This is not a pleasant place to stay. Not a clean place - there were gaps between every floorboard in my room, all full of detritus. Asides from the ceiling, which was painted with sky/ clouds(the only nice thing about the place), the walls were all scuffed up. They seem to have tried to repair/ paint over some of these, but with a completely different color paint. There is peeling paint and floorboards were peeling too. They called me before check out time asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. I had prepaid my room, but I’ve never seen somebody scrutinize my ID to make sure it matches my credit card so hard. The good: You will stay dry if it is raining outside.
