沒詳細地址非常難找，初到此地人生地不熟GPS難以正確導航，網站上並沒註明晚於幾點入住會被多收費用，當日10點多入住被多收美金30元，隔音效果也很差

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!. Communication with the homeowner/rental company was fantastic and super quick. No matter how many questions I had (Mostly because I didn't read their emails/texts in full), their response was fast. The unit was clean and spacious, also was what I booked online. Most importantly to me, and my family was they were more than accommodating because of an forcast for 5" of rain & flash flooding warnings. They we're NOT concerned about us leaving, but Only wanted us to be safe! Thank you & we will definitely be back!!

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we felt safe in the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the management company was smooth. However, the apartment could use better upkeep and a deeper cleaning. Several light bulbs were burnt out, the kitchen garbage can lid was broken, and many blinds in the bedrooms and living area were missing, which affected privacy. The bed frame in one room appeared unstable, and one of the dining chairs came loose. The kitchen glass table and utensils weren’t properly cleaned, and the washer had visible mold with a strong odor, which was concerning. There were also cosmetic issues like scuffed walls and worn furniture, and the floors had noticeable crumbs and debris. With some maintenance and attention to detail, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

My stay with my family at Heaven on Hollywood Boulevard Furnished Apartments was overall very pleasant. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and in a great location—close to Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, and plenty of restaurants. The unit itself was spacious, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The building felt secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Management was very responsive and courteous. Check-in was simple and stress-free—they provided clear step-by-step instructions and a video guide, which made the process very easy. The only downside is that it can be noisy outside, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to keep that in mind. Other than that, everything went smoothly and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Firmaet der udbyder denne lejligheder sender utroligt mange beskeder og spørger efter samme informationer igen og igen. Der var bøvl med utæt afløb og det var tydeligt at det havde været et problem før. Firmaet anerkendte problemet men der blev intet gjort for at udbedre det desværre. Lejligheden er fin, men bærer præg af at være slidt og materialerne er af middelmådig standard. Ligger i et fornuftigt og forholdsvist roligt område.

There was construction going on but other than that would definitely recommend. I loved the bedrooms were separate with one being on the third level and one of the first . Very convenient every floor in the condo had its own bathroom.

Great place, location is perfect walking distance to Hollywood strip, food and grocery shop. Skip all that LA traffic. Quiet, family friendly. Property management are helpful and have great communication.

Overall I would stay here again. The property is so close to Hollywood walk fame my kids walked there an had a day. Location location location. The apartment it's self is really nice spacious and clean. My only wishes were they need blackout curtains, face towels, and a better mattress. I was able to get a hold of someone at anytime they were very available and helpful. I will b back

Bad apartment, great customer service!

The apartment was horrible, but the management was great. As we entered the unit, there was a horrible smell masked by an air freshner installed on the wall. Once we started unpacking we realized so mamy issues with the unit. For example, the carpets in the unit seemed to have never been cleaned, and at least two of the cabinet doors were coming off their hinges. The smell in the unit got worst as the night went by making it impossible to stay. The good news was that customer service was able to relocate us to a different apartment that was light years better. The only issue at the new apartment was that the floors were not properly cleaned. We went in with white socks came out with black ones! The other aspects were great!

Unfassbar schlecht und enttäuschend

Das gute zuerst. Das einchecken klappte bei uns ganz gut, anders als hiernso oft beschrieben, auch wenn das sicher noch besser geht. Wir hatten 4 verschiedene Zugangscodes für alle Türen, etc. im Vorfeld per Mail bekommen. Die Kommunikation läuft ausschließlich über Mail oder WhatsApp. Das war es dann aber leiderauch schon. Das die Wohnung abgelebt war hätte man evtl. nich verzeihen können, auch wenn etliche Möbel und Wände deutliche Spuren haben. Das Stromkabel offen aus Sicherungskästen herausragen, Lichtschalter zerbrochen sind, sich Fenster nicht schließen lassen, haben wir aber auch noch nicht erlebt. Geschirr das wir benutzen wollten mussten wir im Vorfeld reinigen, ebenso wie die Küche, insbesondere um dem Herd. Der, wie sich dann herausstellte auch nicht funktionierte. Während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes hat man es nicht geschafft diesen zu reparieren. Wir hatten somit Extrakosten, da wir uns auswärts verpflegen mussten. Die bereits gekauften Lebensmittel mussten wir vernichten, da wir anschließend nach 4 Wochen heimgeflogen sind. Das war der mit Abstand schlimmste Aufenthalt unseres 4 wöchigen Roadtrips, vermutlich die schlimmste Unterkunft seit Jahren.
