Our initial room the floors and counter tops weren’t cleaned . And we had no soap. They did switch our rooms, but the second room the floors still weren’t clean but not as bad and the tub was not cleaned . The staff at the front desk , always seemed annoyed. Won’t be booking here again.

This place looks nice in photos and was extremely misleading. Walls are super thin and couldnt take my nap. N room def was rushed cleaned. I had to shower n used my shoes during my shower. You could hear everyone walk by and the door doesn't even seem safe that could easily break into. As a young female I didn't feel safe so I checked out after an HOUR. Expedia should refund me for this band remove this place listing. The sheets also weree old and ripped when online shows white blankets..

The room was not clean. There was tagging (graffiti) all over the room, and it did not include proper cleaning — there were leftover liquids and whatever else on the floor. Staff were not very helpful in any situation, nor accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here.

Rude staff only thing new about the rooms is the tv and you can’t watch anything they don’t even have basic cable and their prices are outrageous. The new remodeled rooms are not available for anyone who shows up to the property. They’re all for online reservations only.
