I was in Long Beach for Warped Tour and choose this hotel because of how close it wss to the event. The property was recently renovated and you can definitely tell because everything was very clean and looked brand new.
My only issue with the property was my a/c in my room wasn't working. I checked in on Friday and left for a few hours and before I left set the a/c to 66° and when I came back a few hours later the room was reading 76°. They were very helpful and got it fixed but with a recently renovated property there shouldn't have been an issue with this. Luckily the room had the old a/c panel because otherwise they couldn't have fixed it a timely manner.
