I really liked the property, the only weird thing was the pillows - they were not regular size and looked more like decorative ones.

This hotel does not offer washcloths which is odd. Out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed at, this was the first one that didn’t provide this. When asked about it they said “we’ve been open 9 years and have never had washcloths” so we had to use a damn hand towel to wash our bodies, which was beyond awkward. The other issue was they only provided 3 pillows for 2 adults (we had to ask for more) and then when we asked for creamer for our coffee they provided 3 small international delight creamers for 2 people. They also charge $2 for a water for the Nespresso machine (they only give one in the room) and also provide only 3 coffee pods to make (have to ask for more but it would be nice to just have it stocked upon arrival). The shower was awkward because there is only 1 glass wall, so you get cold air in the shower and water gets on the floor because of this. Bathroom also had parts of the ceiling that were peeling off, and the sink also had water leak on the countertops non stop (seems like it was due to how the faucet flows in the sink). Overall the hotel was nice and in a good location. Friendly staff and the free parking was great, especially since the parking garage leads you directly to your floor, but for $200 a night I expect better quality with the services provided. Because of this I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel offers free safe parking within its facilities. Every staff member greeted us with kindness and professionalism. The check in process was easy and quick. The hotel looks great inside and out. Our room was very nice, modern, and comfortable.

The property was easy to find. Staff were very friendly. Check in was quick. The property was very clean on the inside and outside. Right when you walked into the lobby it smelled very good. My room was very clean and quiet. Parking was free! Will definitely be staying here again.

I have a large truck and was told it would fit in their underground garage before booking, but when I got there I found out I was told the wrong clearance and I could, in fact, not fit. I was checking in at 11pm so I was already tired and exhausted from a full day of driving. I thought I’d have to find a new place to stay, but thanks to Sung Min, my night was saved. He quickly ran into the garage and helped me find an area to park. I had to take up 2 spaces, but he assured me it was okay. I felt Sung Min really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would come again just to see Sung Min and say what’s up.

Conveniently located. Good parking, though it seems many of the guests do not pay attention to the parking signs (they back in, against hotel requests not to). Average size, amenities are lacking. The hotel seems to need some cosmetic repair work. The staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. Do appreciate them.

Perfectly good hotel. Was in town for a music event a couple miles away. Was a little nervous driving to it but very safe and parking was good. Security seen several times so definitely felt safe.

I liked that it was close to a lot of places to eat. But unfortunately it was impossible to sleep! The walls are really thin and the room next to us was pretty much up all night. I know keeping guests on the same floor is better for the cleaning staff, but the hotel was practically empty! If that's the case, and you know your walls are thin, maybe give the guests a room in between so that they can sleep? I had a long flight the next day and the guest I was staying with was making a long drive. It was less than ideal.

I stayed for the night after going to a concert. Its by far the safest , cleanest and cheapest hotel in the area. My only complaint is that the parking is very narrow. You have to squeeze in very tightly to get in.

Not recommended for business travelers. Check-in at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am limit flexibility as other hotels allow you to check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 pm. Privacy was a major issue; a staff member entered my room without warning while I was showering, followed by a cleaning staff intrusion. Initial impressions were poor with visible trash in the parking area. Room cleanliness and comfort were decent despite small, uneven pillows. Although the hotel offers nice amenities, I didn't utilize them. Interaction with staff was disappointing, particularly when addressing the intrusive check-out experience; the response was a mere apology. The only plus was monitored parking, chosen for its location between Anaheim and Downtown LA. Despite this, the overall experience was marred by staff behavior and privacy concerns. For business travelers seeking professionalism and respect for privacy, Aventura Hotel falls short. Verdict: Choose elsewhere.

Everything still was the same from the past. I really like this hotel. I highly recommend if you're coming here for Basketball games or concert. Or even traveling to have fun in LA.
