Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Horrible very dirty, I have a promo in cheaptickets but in the property I have to pay an extra because they toldme it was 1 bed price and my reservation say 2 beds.... the room was so dirty and somebody make noise with claxon verly early in the morning for like 15 minutes when I try to do the checkout I have to wait for like 15 mints for somebody to helpme, definitly not a family place, the only one thing was the location a few steps from freeway
