"Palms place is nothing short of perfect!! The location is incredible just 8 min drive to the beach and a short walk to anywhere in venice all while located on a dead end street and inside a super private oasis. The place has everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is well stocked and even has a water filtration system built in. The windows create an inside/outside living dream. "It was very close to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay."

"When we arrived at the property AC was not on so it took forever for it to cool down the house. The room that I stayed in was hot the AC was programmed for it to change the setting so then it would get hot again inside the house the backyard look like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time we couldn't use it because there was spider webs all over the place a whole bunch of spiders."

"Pictures are out dated of the property, pool desperately needs repairs, diving board is broke, food left in pantry, fridge and freezer. Very dusty which was grey, this tells you it’s been there a while. Cleaning products left out for me to put away for them. "

"Enough and modern rooms and Space for two Families, 9 people in a Safe, calm Neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool daily, the garden is nice and well maintained with lime & lemon trees. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
