Very clean, quiet, has AC , front desk super nice, and it is in the city mall- you park inside the mall parking and they validate your park- parking is free and safe. They also have a great breakfast . Just off the freeway - via dutra- very convenient - new hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk is understaffed in the busy hours and overstaffed in the quiet hours. The internet quality is not good.

Very convenient location, right next to the city shopping mall.The staff is very friendly. The dining area is good but I think that the price for the breakfast should be cheaper.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The mattress wasn’t the greatest, and not having hand towels available is a real pain. We won’t be staying in Ibis again because of the towels and having to pay extra for breakfast and parking.

Great Overnight Stay
The rooms are clean, basic, and have everything one needs for an overnight stay. The breakfast has plenty of fresh, delicious items. The mall next door has food, shopping, and even a movie theater.

Atendimento agil porem faltam informações basicas (senha de wifii, cafe da manhã, estacionamento etc) q tiveram q ser perguntadas. Quarto pequeno, parece ibis budget e ar condicionado extremamente barulhento. Box do banheiro nao fecha e inunda o banheiro. Quarto muito limpo! Cama excelente. Bom cafe da manhã!

Gostei . É a 4 vez que hospedo neste hotel. Padrão Ibis mas sempre procurando um atendimento de excelência. Tive um probleminha com o ar condicionado mas já foi relatado na recepção. TB aconselho quartos mais distantes da rodovia Dutra para não agitar os caras a noite com barulho. E que as TVs a cabo tenho a Record News como opção. No mais contínuo recomendando este hotel Ibis Lorena .

Gostei muito de tudo. Somente o café da manhã que achei um pouco fraco. No mais Recomendo. Fica entre Aparecida do Norte e Canção Nova. Roteiro da fé! Sem contar que tem um shopping e um grande superneru ao lado. E TB una loja da Havan. Estacionamento seguro dentro do parque do shopping. E grátis! É TB petfriendly!

Gostei muito. Ótima localização entre Aparecida e Canção Nova. Tem um shopping ao lado. Pode lanchar, fazer compras e tem até um grande supermercado. Tem convênio com uma cademia dentro do shopping. É petfriendly ! Só faltou uns mimos . Café da manhã razoável.

Janela sem vedação, barulho de vizinhos, falta de
Atendimento ótimo porém a janela estava sem vedação (quebrado o manete que fecha) entrando muito batulho. Alem disso as paredes são fibas ou com má vedação acustica, e se houve barulho e tv dos vizinhos madrugada toda. Também não sei o porquê de juntar todos os hospedes nos mesmos andares fica pior ainda. Enfim, em que pese o atebdimento ser bom, existem falhas graves.
