The property is under renovation. The elevator was not working and we had to take the stairs. The front desk person was very apologetic about the elevator and I felt she was trying to do all that she could, there were no bottom floor rooms available. She did provide us with bottled water to apologize, however we heard from other guests that it often is not working. The breakfast was really nice and Rosa (the woman working it)was the best. She was very attentive and went out of her way to check on everyone.

No complaints about the hotel or staff, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The pet fee was $50. That’s extreme for a dog that just slept for most of the stay. Lesson learned ask how much the pet fee is before booking a hotel.

We had a great stay

The room was clean, beds & sheets were comfy and it was quiet. Breakfast buffet was great, foods were tasty and the lady there was very helpful and friendly. It was an overall great stay and we will not hesitate to stay again if we are back in the area.
