Un accueil souriant et professionnel ! Un grand merci à la demoiselle de l'accueil qui s'est mise en 4 pour satisfaire les demandes de notre petit groupe ! L'établissement est situé à deux pas de (belles) plages, et à deux pas des commerces de Lopar : tout peut se faire à pieds ! Demie pension : la restauration est satisfaisante. Ne pas regrouper les différents plats (et les boissons) au même endroit pourrait améliorer l'attente (parfois interminable) dans les files que cela génère...

Also zunächst einmal, ich liebe Hotels der Valamar Gruppe. Die sind alle super! Essen ist gut, das Servicepersonal im Speisesaal ist super nett. . . Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wer hier also einen schönen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden machen möchte ist BESTENS bedient!!! Bei diesem Hotel gibt es zwei Sachen die mich wirklich gestört haben. 1. in unserem Hotel (dem Veli Mel) gab es kein WiFi. Ich hab das ein paar Mal urgiert und hab dann so Anworten bekommen. . . es gibt kein Problem die anderen Gäste beschweren sich ja auch nicht.... . sie müssen nur in ihrem Telefon nachsehen da kann man sich connected (konnte ich nicht und ich reise beruflich sehr viel und ich weiss wie man in WiFi verbindet. Also bei der Rezeption muss ich sagen sind die Damen entweder desinteressiert oder inkompetent. 2. Am Weg zum Speisesaal am Rand des Weges ein grosser Kothaufen gewesen (von Mensch oder von Tier) der 2 Tage nicht weggemacht wurde - am Tad unserer Abreise war er immer noch da. Obwohl genug Servicepersonal da täglich vorbei muss.

Für einen schönen Familienurlaub mit Hund

CheckIn war super schnell, die Zimmer waren sauber, vielleicht schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gab es kein warmes Wasser am Morgen und das Thermostat der Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert man musste abschalten wenn es zu kühl wurde. . . . war aber nicht schlimm. Essen ist sehr gut - vielleicht ein wenig mehr Auswahl aber wir waren in der Vorsaison und da ist das vielleicht anders. Wir waren mit Hund und waren nicht die Einzigen . . . vielleicht wäre es Nett wenn man Hunde auf die Terrasse des Restaurants mitnehmen können - aber das ging' leider nicht.

Schöner Strand, sauberes Wasser 🏝 Die Unterkunft war nicht so, wie es das letzte Mal war, unteranderem weil der Boden nicht immer sauber war, aber er wurde dennoch jeden 2. Tag gewischt. Das Essen war auch nicht so gut, wie das letzte Mal, aber trotzdem noch genießbar.

Wurde im alten abgewohnten Veli Mel untergebracht..vom Superior weit entfernt...Check In war nur im Plaza möglich,da die anderen Rezeptionen nicht besetzt waren..bei Nachfrage zwecks besseren Zimmer,nur gegen Aufpreis möglich...

Hotel calme et très bien situé

L’hôtel est globalement très agréable, les buffets sont excellents et très variés. Les boissons à volonté sont très appréciables ! Le parc très arboré et à 100 m de la plage de sable permet de se reposer au calme. Les seuls points négatifs sont la vétusté de la salle de bain (pour le bâtiment SAHARA) et la petite taille de la chambre pour 3 personnes.

No comment.....!!!!! False bild. Alte, kleine zimmer. Schlekt beth. Stinktende, laut und smutzige klima anlage. Ich habe nicht bekommen, wofür ich bezahlt habe. Es gibt nicht genügend Parkplätze. Lebensmittel sind an dritter Stelle und Bulk. Unorganisierte Menschenmengen im Restaurant. Lange Schlangen bei jeder Mahlzeit und bei jedem Rätsel.

Sajnos nincs elegendő parkolóhely a zárt parkolóban a szállodacsoport minden vendége számára. Mivel a környéken sincsenek parkolók, így rémálom a parkolás annak, aki délután érkezik.

Croazia 2019

Struttura inserita in una pineta, con servizi quali ristorante, animazione, bar comuni a più strutture dello stesso resort. Adatta soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi piccoli vista la spiaggia sabbiosa con acqua bassa . Nelle vicinanze classico insieme confuso tipico di ogni località balneare ma gli ampi spazi garantiscono tranquillità. A due passi diving, affitto di qualunque cosa è giri in barca colazione varia e abbondante cena di buon livello considerando che vengono servite circa 500 persone, mai vide si vari buffet personale gentile e disponibile, qualcuno parla anche italiano

Barnvänlig strand

Mycket trevligt trotts hög volym från barn. Men med tanke med att det var sand strand så får man räkna med att det är mycket barn familjer som besöker stället. Hade varit trevligt om de hade en barnfri avdelining i restaurangen för oss som lider av tinnitus och tycker det är besvärligt med höga skrik.

Propre, simple mais il ne faut pas y manger

Repas horribles : grosse cantine bruyante avec des plats industriels sans aucun goût ni saveur. Très décevant. Hôtel propre. Notre chambre était rénovée mais certains bâtiments de l’hôtel sont encore dans leur jus.

Albergo/resort grande, datato ma camera con tutti i servizi base necessari. Vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle dell'isola, personale competente e gentile, rumori di pulizie la mattina presto (già dalle 7) ma comodo per chi non ha molte pretese

Buono ma da migliorare!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 14 al 21 agosto. L’hotel è situato in posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia Paradiso e di Livacina e in buona posizione per visitare l’intera isola. Le camere dell’hotel a mio parere sono “sufficienti” , la mancanza di tende oscuranti è stato un elemento di grande fastidio, il previsto wifii (nella nostra camera ) non funzionava e la toilette non era per nulla “arieggiata”. Il servizio di ristorazione è nella media, c’è un po’ di tutto, la cucina italiana è poco curata. Nel complesso è stato un piacevole soggiorno.
