「The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets.
Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!」

「We had an excellent stay at The Allen House Bed & Brunch. The place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owner/operators were some of the nicest people you could meet. We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place.
Breakfast the next morning was outstanding with lots of options to choose from. We had the biscuits and gravy, which were excellent, and they even served...

I made our room reservations online and decided to book but was disappointed because hotel information distance from BW hotel to Ilani Casino is 5.9 miles ONLY. BUT came to find out when we checked in that we have either direction drive 53 minutes just to go to the casino!!! NEED TO CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE HOTEL INFO SO OTHERS WON'T EXPERIENCE THE SAME PROBLEM WE BADLY ENCOUNTERED. Otherwise our BW hotel overnight stay was alright 👍. ...
