Every effort was made to accommodate your requests for a specific Room Type, but we were unable to guarantee your request as your requested Room Type was unavailable during your stay. You purchased a Common Standard Room with the Request for a King Bed for a discount. You were assigned a standard Double Queen as you purchased a standard room. We also made Expedia aware of your language to our staff when we attempted to resolve your issue. In the future we encourage you to select the specific room type you prefer for a nominal fee.

The breakfast was not tasty. The scrambled eggs taste like microwave cooked. Several things were not marked so you had to hunt to find anything. Thesausage was way over cooked and very dry. The bacon was overcooked. The fruit was excellent.

I was so amazed at how nice and clean it was. The staff was amazing. I'll definitely be going back to stay when I'm in the area. Very nice place to stay.

I was charged $10 for breakfast and they offered a free breakfast. If it wasn’t free then nobody asked for our tickets. Walls in rooms are paper thin. Could hear every sound our neighbors made - snoring, coughing, talking, alarm

As a full-service Holiday Inn we do not offer a free Breakfast. Your breakfast was purchased along with your rate. Typically these are collected as you mentioned when ordering from our Menu or collected in the Buffet area. We will investigate the issue with our Server not collecting your Breakfast Voucher during your visit to the Lambortini Bar & Grill. We apologize about the noise issue that you've reported & will investigate this room for any sound issues & speak to our techinition about any corrections that may occur due to you experience.Thanks for staying with as always & we hope that your next stay with us is much more pleasant.

Construction going on in the hotel and had to use the service elevator. It was a significant walk out of our way to get to our room. Also, the night before we left the hot water went out in our room. Made for extremely cold showers that night and in the morning. Staff was not interested in our issue.

This is not a high-priced luxury property, but it has a lot of bang for the buck. The staff was really good, and the one thing that really impressed me was the breakfast. Since the COVID craziness hit, a lot of hotels have cut corners on the breakfast, but this place had a really good one. Eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, and a lot of other choices. Really a worthwhile stay. The facility wasn't recently renovated, but was perfectly fine, and I was very pleased with my experience overall. I would stay there again for sure.

The staff were all very welcoming! The breakfast was good and the night time bar staff were very friendly. It is located walking distance to Papasitas Mexican restaurant which was nice as well. 10/10 and we will be staying here every time we come to Longview.
