「I booked this room last minute and arrived late at night. Check in was easy. Got inside of the room and it smelt like smoke and there were cigarette burns on the blankets and stains. I returned to the front desk and informed the man that I could not stay in the room. He assured me that a refund would not be an issue and to contact Expedia. I was refunded without any issues. Even though the room was not to my standards I appreciate the gentleman being polite and able to assist.」

「Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. 」
