I loved the room but for the Starbucks in the lobby to be closed at 9am on a Sunday is weird- and I tried calling room service and only got a busy signal so ended up ordering Uber Eats.

Our Bistro is normally open until 10am on weekends for coffee and breakfast. Unfortunately, our team-member had family emergency that morning. This was a rare and unforeseen occurrence. Clean and comfortable
The hotel was centrally located near lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable and quiet. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t offer a free breakfast or coffee, but there was a coffee maker in the room. I was also surprised that I got charged $5 for parking. Either way it was the nicest option in the area.

it was OK.
I was super stoked initially and then kept noticing little things that really added up empty bottles left in the recycle bin, socks left in the hair dryer bag, nothing really cleared out from behind the desk/tables like pens and bottle caps. Then after having extended my stay an extra night and putting a do not disturb sign up someone came into my room without knocking or any warning. Should have locked the door

First room a/c thermostat wasn't working. They won't let you cool below 68°, I wanted cooler. Was cool at night, but latch on window was broken, couldn't open. Frig very small, had to press a button inside, to run it 2 hours.

This was a standard travel hotel except for one aspect. In the previous two weeks we had stayed at 5 different similar hotels and this was the only one where complimentary breakfast wasn't provided - not even coffee!

the reason for my great disappointment really didn't have much to do with the hotel as much as it was with the cold water in the pool. it was so cold we couldn't stand to be in it for more than a few seconds and high tail it into the hot tub. But, if I'm going to Raz them about their pool I've got to say that the staff treated us like royalty. Nate and Krysta went out of their way to help us with sight seeing destinations, great places to eat etc. Thank you folks

Not worth it
Housekeeping comes every other day they stated you throw your own trash away and give them your used towels in the room. We slept horrible the first night ac wasn’t as cold it would cool then the room was super hot and we kept waking up. Not to mention no continental breakfast. They have a Starbucks cafe which was nice with just bagels they basically ran out of everything 1 coffee 5 bagels $45 that was beyond rediculous I won’t be staying here again.

I had mistakenly made a duplicate booking through a travel app. When I arrived, the nice front desk person told me that they had seen the duplicate and were prepared to speak to a customer service rep from my travel app. I just needed to text chat with my travel app customer service. It would have been a very expensive mistake on my part. The front desk person (her name was Mary) cheerfully helped me get it reversed. I would stay again, pleasant staff, clean, quiet hotel.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The bistro people were very nice, but only one on duty at breakfast who had to take orders, cash money, cook, serve, and clean up. She got behind. Bed was clean but not so comfortable.
