「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「The hotel was nice and the staff where great they had a really good customer service now the hotel is not well maintained i found stains in the towels the bathroom was not that clean and the bed sheets where stained as well, breakfast was a chaos the food was good but the buffet area was very small and it gets crowded really fast」

「Hotel well maintained very nice and clean also nice gym A little far for the amenities. Staff not to friendly morning shift. Breakfast was ok . Servers drop checks without been asked. Also for pick up food they charged service with I think if you pick up the food I don't think it has to be charge anyway overall it was ok」
