"I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great. The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. "浴室にまた異臭がありました。北京の水質があまり良くないため、床にかさぶたのような汚れができています。清掃を強化すれば、異臭や床の黄ばみは解消されると思います。ホテルの隣の火鍋は味が薄く、あまり美味しくありません。可能であれば、デリバリーを頼むか、地図を開いて5分ほど歩いたところで食事をするのがおすすめです。全体的には悪くありませんでした。"

"Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...
