Great value

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, great staff. My only complaint was that it is a little isolated. So, unless you have your own vehicle, you will need to Uber or taxi if you want to go into the city. The hotel was very comfortable with a good restaurant, reasonably priced, and a good morning breakfast buffet.

Por conta do recesso no shopping ao lado do hotel, o staff estava reduzido e alguns serviços estavam deficientes. Solicitamos dois travesseiros adicionais e a recepção informou que só poderia oferecer um por quarto. O serviço de quarto estava indisponível também. Apesar disso, a estadia foi boa, o quarto é excelente, ar condicionado, vista e etc muito satisfatórios. Banheiro funcional e adequado.

Um ótimo hotel para viagens executivas. Não focado em famílias, não tem sequer berço.... O hotel entrega tudo o que você precisa, em uma viagem de negócios, a um preço justo. Boas camas, quartos grandes, boa infraestrutura, bom café da manhã, mas poderiam ter pelo menos um pouco mais de opções familiares.

Não consegui travar a saída de ar das palhetas. Qdo cheguei no café a máquina do capuchino estava sem funcionar. Mas fui muito bem atendido. O pessoal foi muito atencioso. Após conserto me levaram o café na minha mesa. Obrigado pela atenção. Bom dia! Paz e bem.

O hotel é razoável, faltou preparo, chegamos e só havia 1 toalha de banho no quarto e nenhuma de resto, tivemos que ir pedir na recepção. O quarto é espaçoso, mas o banheiro precisa de um pouco de manutenção, a porta de vidro do box não para fechada, assim como a porta do banheiro tb não para aberta, tive que colocar um chinelo de peso de porta pra conseguir secar o cabelo sem a porta ficar fechando em mim. Um pouco barulhento também e o corredor tinha cheiro estranho.

Pelo preço não vale a pena

Razoável, os quartos são amplos e bons porém deixa muito a desejar na limpeza, as roupas de cama estão bem encardidas, as cobertas estavam sujas com manchas, como cheguei na madrugada não quis reclamar na hora.. as frutas do café da manhã estavam todas verdes que não dava pra comer, os bolos jogados e esfarelados, esse hotel já foi muito melhor.

O hotel em si é excelente,mas cada vez que me hospedou percebo que vem piorando. A limpeza está deixando a desejar. O serviço de restaurante é muito ruim, principalmente o atendimento. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, de bolo velho e ressecado a xícaras e talheres sujos. Faltou até manteiga. Já me hospedei diversas vezes, sempre que vou em Maringá, mas infelizmente estou riscando da minha lista.

As instalações são muito boas. O café, ruim. Pouca variedade,para secos,frutas amargas e torta Sucos calóricos ( somente uva e laranja), sem opções para diabéticos ou para quem está fazendo regime. Bem simples para um padrão 4 estrelas!
