Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff on the front desk when checking in late on Friday and checking queries on Saturday night. He went above and beyond celebrating my daughter's competition success on Saturday with a wee chocolate treat too. Made her stay even more special. Lovely breakfast too.

Great hotel!

Very welcoming hotel. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a great location for exploring Derry. Great selection of tasty food for breakfast although staff struggled a little to keep it all replenished.
